- Introduction
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") establish the legal agreement between the User ("You," "Your," or "User") and HBS Engineering ApS ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our") defining the rules for your purchase and use of our monthly license subscription for our software services accessible through our website.
- Service Description
The Company operates a software service, for which You purchase a monthly license. This license grants you the right to access our software programs on our website.
- Terms of Purchase
To buy a monthly license, you have to pay the license fee upfront each month. This fee is nonrefundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms.
- Terms of Use
After the payment of the license fee, You have access to our software for one month.
- Change in Terms
The Company reserves the right to alter these Terms at any time. Upon any change in these terms, the Company will notify you by posting the changes on the website or by sending you an email.
- Termination
Both parties have the right to terminate this agreement at any time. If the User terminates the agreement before the end of a billing cycle, no refunds will be given for any unused period of the month.
- Intellectual Property
The software is the property of the Company and is protected by copyright laws. Your license grants you limited rights to use the software, but you do not have any ownership rights over it.
- Liability
The Company is not liable for any damage or loss caused by your use of our software.
- Governing Law
This Agreement will be governed by the law of Denmark.
By purchasing license to Our service, You affirm that You have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
